Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99

International Shipping: We ship to select countries. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package anytime through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support@maxitechhq.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship it back using the provided label

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@maxitechhq.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earbuds and headphones cannot be returned once opened unless defective.
